As a customer support agent your role will be providing service to our many international clientele in the following:
- Providing assistance in resolving issues
- Handling feedback and complaints from customers
- Promoting products and services
- Overseeing and processing of Billing and Payments
**Qualifications**
- Must be a Senior Highschool or Highschool (Old Curriculum) Graduate
- Must not be enrolled in any academic track
- Must have 1 year Customer Facing Experience
- Must be Fully Vaccinated
