Call Center Representative - Canadian Telco Account (earn up to 35k)
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is up to P35, 000 (Depending on BPO Experience)

Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
At least a high school / Senior high school graduate
Good English communication and interaction skills
BPO experience is preferred but not required
Amenable to shifting schedule
