**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers
**Qualifications**
- Filipino citizen or with equivalent legal status
- **_Good to excellent_** English communication skills
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work in various shifts
- Skill in using Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- At least high school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High Graduate (K-12) with diploma/certificate
- Available to start ASAP
**Salary**: Up to Php23,000.00 per month
