Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services.
What are we looking for?
Old curriculum: At least High School Graduate or University Degree (preference)
New curriculum: K12 Graduate
At least 6 months phone Call Center Experience (VOICE ONLY), highly preferred W/1 YR VOICE CCE
Telco or Financial account experience highly preferred
Willing to Work Onsite
With Excellent Communication skills
