Crm Configurator / Developer

Job Description:
The CRM Configurator/Developer will design and develop modifications or extensions to the standard CRM application. Assist in building engaging and interactive web pages and development of programs for integration with other systems.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CRM CONFIGURATOR/DEVELOPER Customize and configure CRM to meet the business needs of the company Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture Assist in the production of high-quality and innovative websites, built on the HubSpot CMS. This includes both design and development work Monitor and evaluate system performance Participates in full life cycle development: requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation Provide general technical support as needed Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with CRM development/administration. Familiarity or have worked with HubSpot is a plus Experience with Web Services APIs, Hubspot, and Jira Ability to create custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards Proficient in configuring page layouts designed for different business profiles and requirements that are accessible for desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
