Credit Risk Operations Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Provide inspired leadership in managing Credit Team for credit assessment as he/she maintains integrity, high level of confidentiality and professionalism Formulate and enhance credit risk report and monitoring system which includes loan repayments and the likeDevelop KYC credit process and anti-fraud policies in compliance with applicable laws and regulationsProvide risk portfolio based on different cash loan app with analysis on client users’ behaviourEnsure proper advisory procedures and documentation with adherence in CashPapa's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements Assist in the implementation of company workflows, policies and systemsEnsure compliance with audit policiesCoordinate team activities with the management in performing assigned job functionsProvide expertise training and development to achieve goals and standards set by the companyProvide reports of the current performance of the credit team whether they meet the company’s expectations for HR records and evaluationImplements zero percent client complaints policy by ensuring clear, concise and courteous communication by the credit team Partner with HR for the implementation of management policiesConsistently work with the other team and management committee to ensure a unified unit and consistent high level of quality client serviceGeneral Manager’s direct reportDegree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in finance related industryAble to speak fluent Mandarin, English and TagalogGood understanding of the economy and business environmentHave experience in managing a teamStrong ability to work in a team based environmentGood interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsWell organized, neat and sensitive with figuresTake control of multiple responsibilities and willingness to take on new challengesSelf–motivated, hands-on and meticulous with ability to work independently and under pressureExposure to corporate lending/credit is a plus
