MakatiBasic Function: Asset-based lending is a revolving line of credit structured around property owned by the client. It allows business owners to sidestep the prohibitively high requirements of traditional lending channels, as well as debt and impacted credit ratings. CNH Finance specializes in middle-market and lower-middle-market asset-based lending, with clients that are looking for working capital up to $20 million but are experiencing limitations or delays on conventional bank loans. Whether launching a niche start up, or looking to expand the operation, asset based lending is a much more flexible alternative to traditional loans.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Review, process and verify collateral reports submitted by the clients
Reconcile monthly accounts receivable aging and inventory reporting
Review and calculate ineligibles based upon a pre-determined schedule
Verify client’s incoming cash receipts and disbursements through bank statements
Monitor and maintain quality of portfolio by alerting Onshore of any discrepancies on the reports
Set up new workbooks from potential clients during the transition of a deal from due diligence to closing
Recording and monitoring of amendments of Credit and Service Agreements
Input, review, and approval of Vendor Invoices in SAP Concur
Review and processing of CNH employees’ Travel and Expense Reimbursements
Management of vendor and employee inquiries that are related to Accounts Payable function
Recording of Journal Entries and reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts in QuickBooks Enterprise
Assist the Credit Operations Lead on ensuring the associates understands the process
Should be able to regularly collaborate with Credit Operations Lead about process changes that may be of help to improve efficiency of the group
Specialist will help the Lead in ensuring the development of associates
Act as a backup when an associate is on leave
Any other related processes required by CNH Finance
Qualification:
The candidate should have an understanding of general accounting principles including financial statements.
Knowledge of financial covenants and bank reconciliation.
Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills.
Keen attention to details
Computer and internet proficient.
Can work with minimal supervision and can deliver high quality output
Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
Education:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
2. A Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.
3. At least 3 years of working experience from a multinational company or in Corporate Accounts Payable function is a plus.
