Credit Collections Manager

Hiring Entity Hiring party is a SEC-registered portfolio company partnered with Jai Kisan for its operations in the Philippines. 
 Roles and Responsibilities Lead the Collections Function for the Portfolio Company while staying responsible for the overall management of the loan portfolio Ensures that all collection activities and services are executed, delivered and achieved accurately within TAT such as but not limited to centralized digital communication, contact tracing, negative data reporting and updating, payment arrangement monitoring and postdated check inventory, collection-related service requests, pre-legal and legal document requirement management.  Appropriately design and execute control mechanisms, while assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients and assets Drives strategy change in Collections that translates to efficient, effective and compliant processes and optimizes business results by balancing impact to revenue, delinquency, credit losses, recoveries and expenses Maintain compliance for applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment  Requirements A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Credit Collections and knowledge of collections processes end-to-end.  Previous experience handling unsecured credit products for PH SMEs. Rapidly grasps new concepts, and is skilled in analyzing and resolving intricate operational challenges with speed and proficiency. An energetic and proactive self-starter with a strategic outlook and a dedication to achieving operational excellence who challenges the norm and is willing to go beyond what is expected.
