Credit & Collection Analyst

Preparing / analyzing PCSO accounts receivable.
Preparing total PCSO collections
Checking / Validating posted sales invoice vs. PCSO billing
Encoding of check collections and tax certificates
Monitoring of Form 2306 / 2307
Email statement of account (AR Report) to respective PCSO branches
Preparing collection letter to respective PCSO branches
Preparing a certified and notarized list of unsettled accounts to respective PCSO branches
Reconciling remaining balance of PCSO account.
Answering emails and phone calls concerning PCSO accounts
Help in monitoring other accounts in C&C as the need arises

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Marketing and equivalent
Must be dependable and have strong work ethics, keen on details, highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Good oral and written communication skills
Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
