Credit And Collections Manager (Quezon City)

Responsibilities: Oversee credit granting process, manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding debtsProviding customer service regarding collection issues, process of customer refunds, review account adjustments, processing of credit memo's and resolve client discrepanciesResponsible in managing the collections, dealer account reconciliation and providing statement of accounts to dealersCommunicate issues that are preventing timely and accurate billingsReview and manage posting of company revenue and collections in SAPPrepare and manage posting of company revenue and collections in SAPPrepare monthly and quarterly report to the managementDesigns and implements processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivablesTraining and mentoring staff members in the credit & collections departmentMonitor documentation compliance requirements to organization standards procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field3-5 years of experience related to credit & collectionWith pleasing personality & team player attitude
