Credit And Collection Team Leader

Job Description:
Nurtures healthy business relationships with internal and external customers and provides constant communication in order to discuss and resolve credit and collection issues. Analyzes the Team's Total Account Receivables (TAR) and collaborates with the Credit Analyst in formulating action plans and collection strategies Collaborates with the C&C Manager in setting the team's collection targets and allocates equitably among the Credit Analyst Monitors the team’s daily collection activities and accomplishments versus targets Manages his assigned customers Account Receivables (AR) portfolio, monitors their receipts of invoices and supporting documents Collaborates regularly with Account Managers in resolving identified issues concerning past due accounts Monitors the proper implementation of the dunning process per prescribed guidelines by Credit Analyst within his team Reviews and assesses semiannually credit limits and terms of existing Rental and Product Support customers vis-à-vis their purchases and payment history Coaches, evaluates and rewards his subordinates performance based on pre-agreed KPIs Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any Business related course with 3 years experience in related industry Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
