Details of the offer

- Act as frontliner, making prompt and accurate response to queries, complaints, request of buyers, attends to billing and account concerns, cancellation and other related
matter
- Facilitates cash payments for monthly amortization and equity
- Communicate and send notices to buyers with overdue monthly amortization and equity
- Facilitates turnover of clearance documents with approved housing loans to buyers
- Handles orientation to newly reserved/prospective buyers with regards to policies in terms of payment and other legal obligation when obtaining a housing loan.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or equivalent
- Previous work experience in accounting is an advantage
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
