As a Credit and Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring assigned accounts, providing account adjustments, customer reconciliations, processing credit memos, and administrative support and services in an accurate and timely manner.
You will also be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, accurate processing, and posting of official receipts.
Qualifications:

- Preferably with 1-year experience in Credit and Collection process
- Must have an excellent customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Must have an excellent communication skill - both verbal and written

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
