Credit And Collection Assistant (Collector)

Distributes Collection of notices & follows up payment of overdue accounts;
Collects payments for loans and trade & additional deposits of members & remits these before going off duty;
Performs teller services in the absence of teller and updates members’ passbooks;
Delivers urgent stocks to pharmacy branches in assigned areas;
Travels to remote areas to locate runaway/delinquent members;
Conducts credit investigation as pre-requisite for approval of loans;
Delivers minutes of board meetings, as well as invitations for the annual General Assembly;
Submits to superior acknowledgement receipts, collections and personal logbook of daily trips;
Maintains confidentiality of credit investigation findings and collection efforts that may shed bad light on members;
Collects additional deposits of members.
Attend seminars, trainings and Cooperative outreach programs such as medical missions and tree-planting activities;
Attends regular staff meetings and Annual General Assembly.
Perform other task assigned.
