Wells Fargo's In-House Agency (IHA) is looking for a Creative Services Supervisor to join our Global team leading digital development and production.
About the Role
This role is part of the Digital Works team within Wells Fargo's In-House Agency (IHA). The Creative Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring production and delivery of marketing assets and leading the members of our global team.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the CX Interaction Design team ensuring all work is on brand, technically correct, and of the highest quality
- Supervises day-to-day operations, ensuring all schedules are upheld
- Partners with Traffic and Resource Manager to ensure resources are being utilized efficiently and effectively
- Monitors team utilization and productivity to ensure all systems and processes are operating at maximum efficiency levels
- Oversees and critiques quality of work, providing constructive feedback (specifically evaluating code and tagging practices, efficiency and rendered results)
- Maintains standards for quality, coding practices, systems management and service levels of team
- Assesses and develops skills of developers
- Motivates, coaches, and mentors graphic designers, helping them grow in their craft and broaden their experience
- Assesses and refine processes, driving for efficiencies and timeliness of work
- Champions best practices to ensure consistency and a unified brand experience across all output
Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 or 5 year course in College
- Interested candidates must have at least 5+ years of marketing/agency experience , with 3+ years of digital production experience , and 2+ years of leadership experience .
- Proficiency in a variety of development languages, including, but not limited to: HTML5, CSS, ActionScript, Java, JavaScript, XML, ASP, PHP, and JQuery practices.
- Proficiency in production applications including, but not limited to: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and After Effects.
- A working knowledge of CMS tools, including, but not limited to: WordPress, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Eloqua.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, languages, platforms and utilities and to train others in their usage (team rollout)
- Strong relationship-building skills, including collaboration and conflict resolution with team, peers, and partners.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to set strategic direction for team, manage resources, and deliver work in a timely manner.
- A diplomatic approach to communicating with team members regarding impending and/or jeopardized deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Candidates must be willing to work in the night shift
