**JOB DETAILS**
**A.
Objective.
**
The Creative director leads the creative department.
They are responsible for planning company advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, and shaping brand standards.
The Creative Director is also in charge of revising campaigns and presentations.
**B.
Main Responsibilities.
**
The Creative director will work closely with the graphic design and marketing department to deliver engaging content that meets customer expectations.
- Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all works assigned to the creatives department
- Lead the team to produce new ideas for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
- Evaluate trends and keep up-to-date with latest marketing techniques
- Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on client requirements
- Assist clients by responding to questions in a professional manner
- Ensure designs and content consistently reflects the brand and company ideals
- Shape brand standards and ensure all products are brand appropriate
- Develop exceptional copy that meet clients' requirements
- Report project progress to the Chief Creative Officer
- Anticipate problems and complications that hinder project completion and implement solutions

Requirements.
**
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, or any arts course
- At least 5 years of experience particularly, but not limited to web, social, and emergingtechnologies
- Has a solid foundation of design, copy, and web practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Has in-depth knowledge of brand development
- Knowledgeable in multichannel marketing models
- Adept in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and WordPress)
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
- Great management skills
