**Duties and Responsibilities**:

Customer Relations
- Encodes and updates customer profile (e.g.
Birthdays, address, telephone numbers; office, residence, fax and mobile phone)
- Conducts follow-up calls on service maintenance for Audi customers.
- Encodes data of prospective clients
- Monitors and sends birthday cards for customers.
- Sends thank you letters and giveaways to customers after the release of the unit.
- Sends mailers.
II.
Marketing
- Assists in events preparation.
- Assists Marketing in administrative works such as; preparation of order for payment, follow up letters, request for petty cash, etc.
- Coordinates with the suppliers.
**Qualifications**:
- College graduate
- Having related experience in the job is an advantage
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- With related experience in handling customer data and other confidential data
- Detail-Oriented
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
