NetSuite Education Services (Training) provides comprehensive instructional programs to ensure that customers, partners and employees use NetSuite to its fullest.
The Associate Curriculum Developer implements engaging and highly effective e-Learning training content including training courseware, job aids, and reference materials integrating effective adult learning methodologies.
The Associate Curriculum Developer is also responsible for updating existing content based on business need, NetSuite product changes or updates, and end-user feedback.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with a team of instructional designers and curriculum developers to implement engaging and high-quality learning experiences based on provided learning designs.
- Develop high-quality, interactive e-learning content that combines multiple learning components for a positive user experience.
- Provide input to development of visually engaging graphical designs that enhance the e-Learning experience.
- Training content will include presentations, demonstrations, simulations, activities, quizzes, job aids, and other materials as needed.
- Content will be built and produced to be managed and tracked within the Oracle University content management system.
- Provide regular project milestone status updates.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks.
**Qualifications***:
- Outstanding English-language verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively, clearly, and concisely.
- 0-2+ years' experience designing and developing learning solutions.
- Experience developing and delivering learning content.
- Experience with web design and development.
- Experience using rapid development e-learning authoring and graphic design tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop with emphasis on building creative and innovative learning content.
- Experience creating, editing, synchronizing, and recording audio and video for e-learning courses.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to establish excellent relationships with the extended Education Services team.
- Demonstrates a flexible attitude that supports team goals.
- BS/BA degree in Education, Graphic Design, Learning Design and Technology, or equivalent work experience.
