Country Manager

To oversee the operations, sales and to ensure profitability.Responsible for establishing business network between the industries and build business collaboration with targeted clients or partners.To maintain relationship with existing or prospective customer.Collaborate with the Malaysian office to promote and sell products and services assignedIn charge of managing overall operations which include recruiting staff and creating budgets.Responsible for the company long term plans for Philippines team to achieve.Manage any issues and escalations. Identifies continuous improvement program in all areas of responsibilities. Plans people development by identifying individual competency requirement and assessment while conducting mentorship.Manage and oversee all existing service implementation.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in sales, marketing or related field is required for this position.Significant experience in the software and solution sales in the banking and finance industry is preferred.Exceptionally well organized and driven by success.Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills.Outstanding negotiating skillsExcellent communication (both in oral and written), presentation and management skills
