Your Role and Responsibilities
Who You Are and What Will You Do
As a Country Business Unit Leader you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
You are responsible for achieving the operational budgets (signings, revenue, profit, and cash flow growth), executing the cross-IBM strategy for the market, and developing strategies according to the market and region size, capabilities, and critical mass.
You will have additional sales-related responsibilities and drives sales in your assigned area.
You are responsible for integrating IBM for clients and aligning IBM with the country's business unit agenda for economic development.
In addition, you will be responsible for driving sales and pipeline management and progression, as well as leading resources and skills development.
You are responsible for executing with integrity and is accountable for satisfactory business controls.
You will lead a functional/business unit.

Additional responsibilities for this role will provide management and leadership across the key areas of:
Strategy - Portfolio strategy, thought leadership, solutions development, investment and resourcingSales and Sales Enablement - Client engagement, value proposition, account planning and sales pipeline; Sales Specialist / Partner solution training and use case developmentDemand Generation - Marketing plan, Media/PR/Analysts engagement, Workshops and Seminars, Partner strategy, Joint solutions development and GTMFinancial Performance - Budget (pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross margin) and country execution

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule and is can work in BGC, Taguig City Office
With a minimum of 15 years in IT Sales, role will have demonstrable success in services-led selling, (spanning consulting, managed services, IT outsourcing and cloud) and C-suite engagement for complex Infrastructure Services engagements. Role will be able to demonstrate a broad sales and business insight and a validated hands on experience in leading a team of Sales Specialists, with both direct and dotted line reports, in winning medium to large scale deals.
Relevant experience in IT sourcing services in both infrastructure and application services.
Experience in selling/ delivery IT solutions project which involved in leading full P&L for full project cycle including headcount and products.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Good communication skills will be an advantage
