Cost Estimator

Forecasts project costs by gathering details and compiles data to estimate all production costs according to customer specifications.
Considers raw materials,labor, equipment,tools,an transportation for estimations.
Review construction documents, miscellaneous metals plans, specifications and understand scope of work to bid.
Works the entire life cycle of a bid from bi invitation to finalizing bid proposals for submission to customer.
In-charge to Distribute Work load to an Estimator.
In-Charge to Checked Work Done by an Estimator.
Assigned to attend Final Negotiation.
(If the Owner is Not Available)
- Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Architecture
- With at least 1 year of experiences in facade industry (glass, aluminum)

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
