Job Descriptions
Meeting with clients to discuss the scope and scale of the project.
Traveling to job sites to gather information on materials, labor, and other factors.
Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and architects.
Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates.
Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project.

Job Qualifications
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum of 2-3 working experience in the related field.
Collect cost data to estimate total costs for both current and future projects
Track actual costs as a project develops and assess cost effectiveness of projects, services or products
Analyze documentation, such as blueprints and other data, to prepare materials, cost, time and labor estimates
Break down all expenses and prepare reports to assist management in the organizing, planning and scheduling of work
Knowledge in estimating MEPFS
Good communication with others
