**Responsibilities**:
- Collect and analyze data about the company's fixed, variable and other operational costs.
- Set standard costs of manufactured goods.
- Develop and analyze cost standards.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to Management.
- Recommend changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit.
- Advise Executives and Upper Management on appropriate costing based on financial data.
- Manage costing: Product costing released 2-3 working days from receipt of Supply Chain Management's request.
- Work with Supply Chain Team (e.g.
Warehouse, Production and Logistics) in improving department's efficiency.
- Assist warehousing in managing the inventory by issuing relevant reports and analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as Cost Accountant with hands-on experience in product costing, inventory and related tasks.
- Knows Accounting software such as SAP, ACCPAC, or other similar systems.
- Preferably BS Accountancy / Financial Management graduate
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to details with superb organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent report-writing, communication and IT skills
- Must be willing to work in Malabon City
- Chinese language is a plus
