Bolton International is looking for **Customer Success Trainers** with strong experience in **training **and **coaching**.
**What you will do**:
- Evaluate training sessions to distill and document learnings and best practices in order to continuously improve training curriculums
- Identify innovative ways to improve training content and provide better capacity-building help to clients
- Advise Customer Success Manager on ways to make clients more successful and streamline the training process
- Advise clients of consulting services available to aid in their success
- Contribute to the creation of a shared company definition of client success, and evaluating clients according to their level of achievement
- Contribute to company strategy discussions as an influential team member, bringing lessons learned from client's direct experience
- Work with internal staff to familiarize them with the training materials and deliver targeted internal training to staff as relevant
**Who you are**:
- **3 or more years **of experience working in **government**, **research **or **policy organizations**/think tanks, higher education, advocacy, and/or other mission-driven organizations preferred
- Experience in **government service delivery**, policy development, and/or budget processes preferred
- Direct experience giving **training **and **coaching to public and/or private sector leaders**:
- Demonstrates commitment to the mission and vision of an organization
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize work
- Self-starter who can work alone and in diverse teams
- Capable of evaluating programs, analyzing data, and prioritizing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to think proactively, take the initiative, and see tasks through to completion; comfortable with raising questions, concerns, and ideas
- Comfortable presenting to large and small unknown audiences; ability to take others through software-related steps while being informative, professional, courteous, and encouraging
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Mural, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
**Good to have**
- Six Sigma White Belt preferred but not required
**Salary**: Php28,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
