Corporate Solutions Sales Associate

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree (preferably business/marketing/admin/ management,)
- Has at least 6 months of experience in any of Insurance Sales experience, Customer Service, and Account Management, but fresh graduate are highly encourage to apply
- Strong interpersonal / relationship-building, communication, presentation, prospecting, negotiation, account management and time-management
- Amenable to work on flexible hours (from time to time) and with minimum supervision, results-oriented, attentive to details, team player
- Excellent communication skills

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Liaise with Analysis & Control Team regarding pricing and servicing propositions for Clients, Partners and Brokers
- Track and tap both new and existing clients with growth mindset of increasing the company's revenue
- Promote Corporate Solutions thru product briefing, cross-selling / upselling and client presentation
- Ensure Clients, Partners and Brokers are informed about new services and products
- Provide regular Business Review with Key Accounts, Partners and Brokers
- Address concerns of corporate clients (or internal dependencies) in coordination with the concerned Department
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Attend to administrative functions associated with the development and expansion of the assigned distribution sales portfolio
- Regularly update & monitor status of all group claims submitted and corporate accounts billing & collectibles

**Salary**: Php26,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
