Get to work for a BPO company that provides business outsourcing services in finance and accounting, transaction, legal processes, bill collections and customer service as a Corporate recruiter.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Conduct the process from the stage of locating potential applicants via various sources, such as social media or resume banks, to interviewing and offering positions to qualified
- Working closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan
- Crafting the company's talent acquisition strategy
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
Qualifications include:
- At least 4yrs in a supervisory position
- Can speak fluent English and can effectively communicate hiring updates in a timely manner
- Can source and create initiatives to make sure the applicant flow is high
- Can create trackers and is familiar with excel
- Easy to work with and must be fun too is a plus
- Comfortable with a hybrid work set up
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
