Daily clinic operationsStandard clinic policy and guidelinesCreation and tracking of clinic formsAssist in health and safety regulations and practices wheneverFacilitation of wellness lectures and medical health advisoriesPatient management system with the standard report (top 10 illnesses, top 10 medicines dispensed, top 10 clinic utilizers)Other statutory reports (DOLE Annual Medical Report Form, Work Illness and Exposure Data, Work Related Accident)Encoding patients' medical-related detailsParticipate in company health and safety (OSH) activitiesCreate and send email communications related to clinic operationsProvide daily outpatient consultation services within the scope allowed by the nursing professionProvide nursing care in case of injuryAdminister emergency and first aid treatment on appropriate cases such as, but not limited to, work-related traumas or injuriesAssist in the transport of the patient to the nearest hospital in cases of emergenciesAssist a qualified physician in conducting annual medical examinations of Capgemini's employeesMaintain and organize medical records of Capgemini's employees and if a physician is not available prepare and submit an annual medical report using the form DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH-47 as required by the Bureau of Working ConditionsFacilitation of vaccination programs of the companyReview of new joiners Pre Employment Medical Examination and advise on their health statusAny adhoc activities that may deem necessary and required relating to staff wellness, health and safety Qualifications:
