As aCorporate Marketing Director, you will be in-charge of the following responsibilities:Formulates and implements the overall Marketing strategy of the business unit as aligned to the overall company strategy. Regularly monitors the implementation of the Marketing Strategy to allow for improvements and changes as aligned to the changing organizational needs.
Works with the GM and Mancom Members in developing marketing objectives in light of the Restaurant Industry Trends and current Market Positioning.
Translates business unit objectives and strategies to develop the brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate and aid business unit growth covering: a. Branding b. Pricing
c. Promotions d. Advertising Campaigns (National and Local) e. New Product Development and Product/Service Management
f. Local Store Marketing g. Public Relations h. Marketing Services
i. Non-Traditional Marketing / Digital Marketing j. Corporate Communications k. Advocacy (Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives)
Develops Marketing strategies based on knowledge of the industry, nature of the market, cost and budget factors and brand identity. Does a thorough study and builds a strong business case of each strategy to consider cost-benefit analysis, flow thru profit and return of investment to help make the best strategy choices. Decides on the key strategy to be engaged in that may be and not limited to:
Market Penetration
Market Development
Product Development
Manages overall marketing budget. Creates valuable innovations and projects with adeptness in financials and business case presentation
Guides the GM and Mancom Leaders in identifying guests, guest groups, market segments and positioning to determine which direction to pursue for current and future products and services (shall include the review of competition, and other potential markets).
Leads the Marketing Team in determining creative and innovative initiatives that strengthen and develops the brand’s core competencies, product and service portfolios and using it as a leverage to fulfill the brand vision and mission, respond to competition and achieve strategic action plans.
Qualifications:

Preferably those with experience in food retail
Must be comfortable in handling financials and building business cases
