Corporate Lawyer

JOB ROLE: The Corporate Lawyer's primary responsibility is to ensure that the company's business transactions are in compliance with the law.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide analysis and opinions on legal, policy, and compliance matters - external regulatory and internal requirements.
This includes BIR, Immigration, CEZA, and other related government agencies.
Prepare and review company policies, employment contracts, and client/vendor contracts.
Anticipate and guard the company against legal risks and liabilities.
Represent the Company in any business transaction and various legal proceedings.
Conduct and coordinate research in multiple areas of law.
Coordinate with ARL all legal documents for business permits, licenses, and others.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a holder of a Bachelor of Laws.
Must be a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Corporate Lawyer.
Must have a long-term plan to work and grow with the company.
Has good interpersonal/human relations.
Has a high level of organization/managing skills.
Proficient in legal research.
Must have general business and financial acumen.
Excellent writing skills to communicate.
Must be skilled negotiators.
