Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Law or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): corporate lawyer, contract, legal advise
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.A day in a life of Corporate Lawyer
(Job Description):

Responsible to attend in any consultations and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits)
Responsible to prepare compliance report, registrations, different government regulatory for the business operation like DTI, SEC, IPO, etc.
Responsible in providing support in in corporate transaction (fundraising, investments)
Responsible to develop and implementation of legal compliance
Responsible to research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
Responsible to guide the company and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Responsible in structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
Responsible to represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)Job Specifications
MUST HAVES:

With 5-6 years of experience as Corporate Lawyer
With proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, intellectual properties, licensing
With excellent communication skills
Graduate of Law or Juris Doctor
Professional BAR passerGOOD TO HAVES:

Has a strong exposure working with Logistics Industry
Master’s or Doctorate Degree
