**About the job Corporate Funds Planning Officer**:
The **Corporate Funds Planning Officer **is primarily responsible for the following:

- Working with the senior manager in reviewing the cash flow forecasts of each region and each strategic business unit (SBU) for the purpose of ensuring that all have healthy cash positions to finance expansions and service debts on time.
- The role assists the senior manager in the structuring of cost-efficient source of financing and proposing hedging strategies to maximize profitability.
- He/she shall manage compliance to its agreements related to its financial obligations to retain and strengthen the JFC Groups credit standing and relationships with financial institutions.
- Further, he/she is expected to research and provide investment options to optimize any excess cash of the JFC Group.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assesses and reviews the cash flow forecasts submitted by the brands and maintains sufficient cash levels and cash reserves as cushion for unprecedented events.
- Review and modify (as needed) loan agreements, shareholder agreement, and/or investment agreement by liaising with legal, comptrollership, and tax to make certain that structure and terms are acceptable, sustainable and at arms-length.
- Initiates negotiation with banks (if applicable) to obtain best-in-class financing which shall translate to a minimized cost of funds and hence, maximized profitability.
- Researches and analyzes interest rate and FX exposures to determine if a hedging position should be in place as it will have an impact on JFCs upside or downside risks such as potential additional costs/expenses to the JFC group.
- Co-create a list of and recommend financial investment options.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
- With 3-5 years of experience in cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, financing strategies, hedging, relationship management with financial institutions, capital raise via capital markets (debt and equity), review of various agreement, and financing of entities in various jurisdictions (PH, North America, EMEA, and China)
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant but not a requirement.
