Corporate Events Specialist

Job Description:
Handles, assists, organizes and plans the events of the company Coordinates with suppliers for a seamless project Sources and negotiates with suppliers on marketing materials for special projects and events Looks for collaborations with brands and influencers on certain projects Initiates and Creates marketing ideas on events and coordinates on the implementation Manages, Supports and facilitates the event plan Researches on plans, programs, new ideas, creative trends Identifies opportunities for campaigns that will lead to successful campaigns and events Supports new product development and designs across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback and managing issue resolution. Does product reviews from time to time Implements marketing plans together with the marketing team for a consistent digital marketing message Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate Should have at least 1-2 years working experience in the same background Has an eye for good and quality designs Strong organizational and planning skills Good communication, customer service and presentation skills Excellent problem solving skills Knows how to use Microsoft Office; strong foundation with it is a plus! Pleasing personality Enjoys being creative and follows social media trends
