Corporate Events Planner

Job Description:
Assists the marketing manager in coordinating marketing activities. Ensures that the team had provided a good quality of marketing materials and literature. Develops and executes advertising programs and external marketing. Ensures that marketing events and exhibitions are properly organized. Ensures that the information used in promotional literature is true and correct. Ensures that articles and promotional materials posted in different media are updated. Ensures that marketing department's documentation and databases are updated. Supervises the company’s events, booking venues and ordering of marketing materials. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports. Provides mentoring and guidance to Marketing Assistants and ensures all process are well addressed Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
This position shall be responsible for promoting and driving the sales of the company's products and services. He/She helps the company in identifying, developing, and implementing new strategies for selling products and services.
