Job Description:
The candidate is responsible for developing various materials that communication CBS performance results, center strategy, and improvements, organization changes, career-building / trainings, etc. The job requires above-average competency in written English useful for writing, editing and proofreading communications materials. Powerpoint skills must be exceptional.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, develop, and execute communications strategy for key internal and external contacts. Perform content tracking and reporting of the performance of marketing/PR campaigns. Design and launch internal digital marketing campaigns. Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and digital. Recommend, implement, and maintain site design (CBS Village page) and operation. Promote initiatives and successes through newsletters and other public relations initiatives. Research on industry trends and model best practices internally. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing Management or its related courses; Preferably has at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Communication in a BPO setting or in a similar environment. Exceptional Powerpoint and Excel skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software, i.e. In Design, HTML, etc. Strong relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills Has keen eyes in spotting digital trends and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
