As a Core HR Expert, you will be at the core of managing core HR activities to JTI stakeholders in Philippines and across Asia.
You will ensure the quality and efficient delivery of Core HR or workforce-related data administration services to all stakeholders.
You will lead in maintaining and updating organizational management data and employee lifecycle events in accordance to corporate guidelines.
You will work hand-in-hand with the Core HR Specialists by ensuring the validity and accuracy of data submitted.
You will lead in shaping, documenting, updating, and improving operating procedures related to Core HR.
You will identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes and activities.YOU ARE:
A college graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or in any related field.
Experienced working in a multinational company with a role in HR for at least 5 years. Having hands-on experience in SAP HR, compensation, and benefit is an advantage.
Well-versed in Core HR/employee data management/workforce data management, good understanding of compensation and benefit in both local and international field. Having knowledge in SAP CRM and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
A reliable team player with a strong customer service mindset and has cross-cultural sensitivity.
A detail-oriented and flexible professional who is keen in details and has a proactive attitude.
