- Acts as Coordinator of the Branded Retail team with regard to placing and monitoring of approved orders Monitors day-to-day station pricing within assigned area
-Provides crucial assistance and administrative support to the department
-Acts as the Branded Retail Document Controller

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Ensures on-time placement of orders

1.1. Creates PO through Oracle for SO generation
1.2. Ensures that customers are within credit terms for booking
1.3.Ensures placement of orders are within MRP
1.4. Assists the COS and Retail Territory Managers in the collection of payment discrepancies
1.5. Coordinates status of approval of fuel and lubricants orders
1.6. Coordinates delivery status of fuel and lubricants with internal stakeholders

2. Ensures prices are updated in the pricing tool

2.1. Coordinates with COS Department for the approval of price requests
2.2. Provides adjusted price lists to concerned parties

3.Computes, monitors, prepares, and transmits Check Payment Requests (CPR's) to the Finance and Accounting Department for receivables of dealers such as price matching, rollbacks, orders booked at old prices

4. Accounts Management

4.1. Monitors status of customer over-payments and/or underpayments, and coordinates the same with the Retail Territory Managers
4.2. Assists customers with their concerns (i.e., reorder points, station operations, etc.,) in the absence of the Retail Territory Managers

5. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Expectations from Candidates

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
