Cook (The Chosen Bun, An Abs-Cbn Subsidiary)

Job Description:
Directly responsible for the execution of all kitchen requirements Responsible for the storage of food, both incoming stock and leftover. After food service, determine if leftovers of either prepared or partially prepared food can be reused or if they must be disposed of. Responsible in tracking of supplies/ ingredients needed in his/ her assigned station. Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen meets sanitation standards set by the company and local regulatory bodies. Reponsible for own station, ensuring that all items are appropraiately cleaned and ready for use before and after each shift. Sees to it that station is in working order and fuly stocked. Conducts daily/ weekly/ monthly inventory of all items to be submitted to the Team Lead. Checks that all equipment/ machine under one's responsibility are in good condition. Reports any defective machine to Team Lead for immediate action. Performs other tasks assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate HRM/ Culinary Arts At least 1 year previous work related experience required Excellent customer service Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ability to work in a high volume environment Ability to work in a team fostered environment Knowledgeable in MS Office applications. Ability to turn in accurate reports. Abilty to work in a multi-tasked environment Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines required Must be ready to work varied hours/ days and sometimes even on weekends/ holidays Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and shifting schedule.
