Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with background from Spanish Cuisine.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Wiling to be assigned in **BGC Taguig City**.
- Flexible, hardworking and dedicated to work.
- Punctual at all times.
- Excellent in understanding various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Fast paced
- Can handle pressure during peak hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Ingredients / Production
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in timely fashion
- Memorize and utilize serving portion sizes and all basic prep procedures used in the kitchen.
- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet the company's cleaning standard
- Monitors delivered items
