To support the organisation in the execution of its continuous improvement strategy by providing oversight and direction of the day-to-day planning, management and control of improvement projects as well as providing training and coaching to a number of continuous improvement project leads

Specifically, this position will work with senior leaders to identify, design lead and implement approved improvement initiatives as well as providing regular coaching on initiatives led by others. The role will utilize their superior project, data analytics, problem solving and coaching skill set in order to achieve organizational change and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications
Tertiary Qualification required; MBA preferred Project & Change Management certification preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
Job Related Experience: 5+ years experience and success in continuous improvement
Proven ability to liaise effectively and work collaboratively, including consultation, influencing and negotiation with a wide range of stakeholders including C suite executives
Experience in end to end delivery of business system and applications Demonstrated experience successfully implementing Operating model / Organisation Design or process change solutions Proven change management and superior communications experience
Demonstrated experience in performance reporting and benefits realization Demonstrated success in training and mentoring others in Lean Six Sigma
Business Understanding:
Experience working within a shared service, operations and/or commercial sales environment Commercial / Business acumen required with strategy linkage and execution experience essential Experience working across various industries and business functions
Others (e.g. language skills, Excellent data analytics and data insights skills with an ability to recommend sound data
Technical Skills:
Driven decisions
Demonstrated proficiency in simplifying complex problems/information
Advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate people and monitor individuals performance
Ability to manage responsibility in an independent manner
Excellent leadership, management, communication, influencing, team building and problem solving skills are a must.
Ability to multi-task, working knowledge of project management tools and successful record of on-time project delivery is necessary.
