Job Description:
About the Role Bizzy Distribution is looking for a talented Content Specialist to help promote Tokosmart and our various digital initiatives. He or she will be responsible for the strategizing, planning, creating, and sharing of valuable content on various platforms such as social media, blog, video script, etc. The candidates must be an independent self-starter who has an audience-first mindset with a strong writing background, and it is also essential to be up-to-date with the newest technologies and marketing trends.


As a marketing associate, he or she will report directly to Digital Marketing Manager. This position is full-time and based in Bizzy Distribution’s office in BSD, Tangerang with occasional travelling needed to Bizzy’s Head Office in Jakarta.


Responsibilities


Collaborates across function and silos to build and manage a rich content / editorial calendar that attracts and educate internal and external audience through blog post, newsletter, social media post, video, etc. Understand basic SEO, content categorization, and structure to expand Tokosmart’s digital footprint and brand awareness. Analysing and forecasting content performance. Accountable for all marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads that deliver sales, customer acquisition and retention. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in communications, journalism or related fields. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills on a number of different of styles/ tones in Bahasa Indonesia and English Deep knowledge in SEO
