Job Description:
Strategic Planning Direct and lead team content planning sessions for assigned brands Develop creative content strategies for campaigns or medium-specific executions Content Management Monitor the management and development of content across different digital platforms Implement strict timelines for successful content deployment Assess content performance with proactive recommendations on content evolution Market scanning of industry, and client competitor activities Team Management Mentor team members in the art of content for digital Monitor progress and deliverables of team members Manage alignments with other departments
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/college degree in Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications, or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant work experience in content planning, copywriting, scriptwriting, and total social media content management STRONG COMMUNICATOR Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization Proficient in copywriting and marketing, with impeccable grammar High level of comprehension and learning curve Agency background desirable SMART, SELF-STARTER Self-motivated Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity Excellent time and tasks management Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines DIGITAL NATIVE Understanding of social media and digital marketing Attuned to what's new and trending on social media and the digital universe Comfortable with change and thrives in an ever-evolving environment
