Content Moderator: Wfh/Hybrid - Contractual

**About the Role**:As a Marketplace Content Associate, you will report directly to the Trust & Safety Associate Manager.
You will perform content moderation in all areas related to Trust and Safety across all countries where Carousel operates.
You will act as a generalist who will perform actions to support the content integrity of the platform.
**This is a full-time project 12 months role based in Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

**Duties**:

- Perform manual moderation functions for incoming listings/ users from different sources of report.
- Ensure listings and users in our platform are compliant to our policies.
- Identify and act on suspicious or undesirable content or behavior in our platform.
- Respond to escalation from different channels in the organization.
**Must have**:

- Must have 1 year experience as a Content Moderator (preferably in ecommerce industry)
- Bachelor's/ College degree in Business, Management, or IT related courses.
- Basic proficiency with office with office software like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and any relevant industry programs.
- Above average English communication skills (verbal and written)

**Job Type**: Fixed term
