Content Creator & Strategist

Responsibilities

Conduct customer and market research to define target customer groups and how products and services are and will be perceived
Create specifications and appropriate content for our target customer groups so they understand who we are and what we want to do
Strategize and improve content delivery and promotion in all channels such as but not limited to website, APP, social media, print, magazine, newsletter, email campaigns, etc.
Set guidelines for the tone, style and voice of all brand content
Set editorial strategy so content is consistent and compelling across all delivery streams
Deploy content marketing strategy across the company
Analyze what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the brand’s content marketingefforts
Work with outside vendors and agencies which produce marketing materials and/or provide marketing support such as ad agencies, print vendors, PR agencies or specialists, web providers, etc.
Build relationships with media outlets, business partners, etc.

Requirements
Degree in communication, journalism, or advertising
4+ years related experience in copy writing and/or copy editing, and preferably withprior work in content writing and management for digital channels and platforms as part of marketing campaigns
Written & oral communication
Research
Team player, but can work independently
Can multi-task
Content strategy and digital data analytics, preferred
Meticulous attention to details
Graphic design, preferred, with samples of work
