Contact Center Associate (Full Time)

Position: Contact Center Associate
Hiring: Contact Center Associate
Local Account: Voice and Non Voice

Onsite: Ortigas Center Pasig City

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• -Must be at least high school graduate or equivalent

• -Must be 18 years old and above

• -With or without experience

• -Good English written and communication skills

• -Good typing skills (at least 30 wpm and 80% accuracy rate)

• -Can do multi-tasking

• -Knowledgeable in Customer Service

• -Willing to work on shifting schedule including holidays and weekends.
