Summary:
This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with the experience and enthusiasm to help develop the next generation of Oracle NetSuite Project Managers and Consultants. As a key member in the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU) Enablement organization, this position is primarily responsible for our project management enablement programs in the Manila Global Delivery Center (GDC). Customer Success Enablement supports newly hired and experienced Customer Success/Professional Services employees. This role is central to acclimating new hires to the NetSuite environment and product, supporting the continuing enablement of experienced employees on the NetSuite application, and teaching our customer engagement methodology and business processes.
As a member of the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), this position is responsible for facilitating learning initiatives for our Customer Success organization. The Enablement Lead will train experienced project managers, consultants and university graduates participating in our Global Associate Consulting Program. Such activities include conducting workshops, managing instructor -led trainings and guiding them through structured learning activities defined within the various enablement programs. You will contribute to the design, development, and growth of global enablement curricula and the various training projects that are provided to the practice.
Additionally, you will be in a unique position to contribute to the growth and development of overall Customer Success Enablement programs. You will be responsible for developing enablement training and associated materials; including working with other departments to augment existing materials provided by them. Additional activities include administering feedback sessions, revising or developing content based on participant feedback and new program initiatives, leading team members to ensure a consistent experience globally across all offices, and providing management assistance as requested for overall Enablement operations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with fast-paced, high volume enablement and curriculum development teams to develop innovative content spanning product, soft skills, tools and processes
Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, delivery of impactful, scalable training, and creativity
Deliver new hire onboarding programs and continuous education for the practice across multiple roles with communications in a clear, consumable and consistent way to ensure new hires complete their enablement objectives
Conduct needs assessments and feedback efforts with key stakeholders
Work effectively and cross-functionally across the global organization; earning trust and building relationships throughout; communicate effectively with diverse subject matter expert (SME) groups
Partner with the organization to identify and advocate for their specific enablement needs
Maintain Project Management consulting artifacts and documentation
Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
Lead recruiting process for future Associate Consulting classes
Stay on top of trends and share industry best practices on enablement tools and processes
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the capabilities of NetSuite
Perform ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Ideal Candidate:
Excellent people skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment
Strong presentation, training and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences
Experience in managing projects, consulting (preferably in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementations) and/or training and development in consulting/software
Formal Project Management methodology training a plus
Proactive approach and desire to launch and successfully execute new initiatives
5-7 years prior experience in a functional training role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery
Excellent understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP with an understanding of standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management) preferred
Excellent spoken and written English communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas
Ability to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams
A talent for bringing out the best in others, and helping them learn, grow, and succeed
Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously in a global environment
Successful forecasting, timeline and project management
Ability to create and track metrics
Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Has database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integrations.Job duties are varied and complex that need independent judgment. May have project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
