Construction Officer

Job Description:
The construction supervisor is responsible for the planning, budgeting, coordinating and managing of construction projects from early development to completion. Collaborating with Engineers, Architects and Contractors to determine the specifications of the project. Negotiating contracts with external vendors. Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Determine needed resources such as but not limited to manpower, equipment and materials from start to finish of the project with attention to budgetary limitations Exercise cost control and quality management of projects. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks. Allocate responsibility to hired contractors and other staff Manage construction team Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Monitor and maintain the overall appearance and functionality of existing branches Provide a maintenance plan to future repairs commonly encountered by each branch. Strict adherence to safety and building practices and codes. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Strong oral and written communication skills, negotiation, budgeting and project management skills. Problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines. Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Willing to be assigned to all branches.
