Construction Management Associate - Zamboanga

Job Duties: Analyze, review plans & specification, attend pre-bid and construction meeting, and monitor construction activities, prepare reports o management if a problem arises that needs proper actionTransmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project groupRandom check on the quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on on-going housing units, land development, and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specificationMonitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from time to timePerforms Research & Development work related to quality assurance Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. Must be licensed.Familiar in Land Development and Mass housing activitiesWith knowledge of QC inspection and different materials testing and proceduresWilling to be assigned in Futura Zamboanga
