Job Description:
Ensure that all requirements described in the property assessment are incorporated into the Preliminary Contract and Contract documents. Follow company checklists to capture and process all information required to determine fixed site costs Read plans and documents in order to determine scope Ability to provide Bill of Quantity of blocks Produce all sales estimates required to support the sales process from deposit to commencement of construction using system software Read plans and documents in order to determine scope Production of sales estimates Produce sales estimates to reflect the customer’s requirements using BusinessCraft /MRS software to incorporate: - standard options - non standard variations - foundation and footing requirements - inclusions to achieve required siting - regulatory requirements Ensure that all requirements described in the property assessment are incorporated into the Preliminary Contract and Contract documents. Follow company checklists to capture and process all information required to determine fixed site costs with particular emphasis on: - Site cut, fill, retaining walls - Footing requirements (including bored concrete or screw piers) Complete all estimates in accordance with Metricon design and construction details and to comply with Building Code of Australia, local authority requirements and relevant planning requirements. Quality Control Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience as an Australian Housing estimator / quantity surveyor Experience in using Databuild High attention to details Ability to work independently Understanding of construction materials and products High attention to details Ability to work independently Willing to work in Makati
