Communicate the direction of the management and its goals to the region being managed;
Plan and direct construction activities in the field either directly or through utilizing your Project Managers and Superintendents
Manage the group and individual performance of his/her region which includes setting a direction for the team as aligned with group targets, reviewing the performance and providing necessary guidance;
Partner with the Operations Manager in the development and implementation of the annual Strategic Business Plan;
Develop a detailed project execution plan including the resources required to complete the project;
Plan for strategic options when schedules are falling behind; forecast and initiate plans for anticipated issues;
Total involvement with training, communication, and development of Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel;
Coordinate and communicate with all the project stakeholders to properly manage expectations.
Overall in-charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the project;
Able to organize his team of technical and administrative staff;
Able to supervise General contractors, sub-contractors and various trade contractors and ensure these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives;
Be able to provide solution on-site concerns and issues and make a good decision;
Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost;
Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the site;
Prepares and submit reports periodically and on time;
Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented diligently;
Handle escalated problems with subcontractors;
Formulate and Implements site rules and regulations.

Can read and interpret plans and written information;
Can review and verify data in hardcopy or electronic format;
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness;
Collects and researches data;
Follow the instruction, responds to management direction.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;
10-15 years managerial experience gained in commercial or retail construction projects;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
