Conference/Training Producer

THE Role in a Nutshell:
1. You will conceptualise the agenda of the event through online and offline, internal and external research.
2. This role requires you to ascertain the viability of your event/concept through live telephone research with senior-level executives. You will also need to identify and invite respected senior-level executives as speakers.
3. You should be a team player who can work closely with various departments such as marketing, sales and sponsorship to ensure the best possible results.

Requirements:
• You must possess a minimum of 1 year direct experience and a PROVEN TRACK RECORD of producing successful B2B conferences and trainings.
• A university degree, specializing in areas of business management, journalism, politics, communications or languages
• A good command of English (Spoken & Written)
• Possess excellent time management skills to WORK WITHIN TIGHT DEADLINES and targets
• Have a genuine interest in regional and global developments and possess GOOD BUSINESS ACUMEN
• Possess a creative and analytical mind to research and process large amount of complex information quickly
• Independent, mature, confident and connect well with senior level decision makers VIA THE PHONE
